Living a Life of Love and Light

Having always had a strong curiosity of the metaphysical, those things beyond what our 5 senses can detect or measure, and a strong calling towards Service to Others, facilitating QH (Quantum Healing) sessions really allows me to showcase my intuitive skills and freedom to use the different modalities that I am trained and certified in to help others.

My path didn’t start in a meditation cave. It began in the messy, tender realities of family life: a mother wrestling with schizophrenia, hospitals and uncertainty as a backdrop to childhood; my teens were a time of confusion and escape where distraction after distraction still didn't quiet the noise. My adult years were where addiction and grief echoed through relationships and loss — an ex-husband’s accidental death, my son’s tragic overdose, my grandfather’s suicide. I tried finding answers in faith, in service, in roles that made sense to the world: Mother, wife, and professional. So many attempts at success and normalcy. Each life strand taught me something — resilience, empathy, the ability to meet people wherever they are — but none of it alone brought the homecoming my soul sought.

The real turning point came when I stopped judging what I thought was broken and began to lovingly accept all parts of myself. I discovered teachings that spoke to the whole of me — spiritual, historical, and multidimensional. The Law of One was a mirror; it reflected a truth I’d been forgetting: we are not fractured shards — we are facets of a single, Infinite Creator. As I forgave myself and allowed that truth to sink into my bones, I began to work with subtle energies - consciousness - chakra-centered healing, BQH, Quantum K, subconscious freedom techniques and Divine Energies — weaving science, spirit, and compassion into a new way of being.

Transformation wasn’t a clean movie montage. It was a long, sacred unspooling. I learned to welcome what arose instead of hiding from it. I learned how presence creates coherence, how remembering the multidimensional self opens the door to true healing. I discovered that holding space — not for fixing, but for witnessing — allows others the courage to come back to themselves. I learned how to channel Source into practical, embodied shifts that ripple through the heart, nervous system, and life choices.

That journey became a calling. LoveLight Mystic was born as a sanctuary for seekers, survivors, and those in spiritual awakening. I didn’t come back with answers to hand out like prescriptions. I returned with a map — a lived map of grief and grace, of ritual and release, of forgiveness and fierce love. I carry trainings, certifications, and modalities, yes, but more importantly I carry the lived wisdom of someone who has walked through darkness and found the way home.

If you’re feeling disoriented by your own awakening, grief, or the quiet insistence of something more, know this: you are not broken. You are remembering. My work is to stand beside you, to help you reconnect with your own inner guidance and the Infinite Intelligence that always waits. Together we cultivate presence, coherence, and multidimensional remembrance so you can step into a life held by love and lit from within.
