Session Booking:
All sessions are booked in advance via the online scheduler. You’ll receive a confirmation email and/or text with your chosen date and time, along with any preparation guidelines.

Cancellations:
Cancellations require at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made after this window may result in a forfeited session or reduced refund.

Rescheduling:
You may reschedule your session up to 24 hours in advance using the link in your confirmation email. For emergency situations, please contact me directly.

No-Shows:
If you miss a session without notice, it may be counted as completed, and a new session will need to be rebooked.

Due to the energetic nature of this work, refunds are generally not provided after a session has taken place. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, please reach out so we can discuss a resolution.

Refunds for courses or digital products will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
