Marriage Ceremony Package Options

Each ceremony is unique, just like every love story.
Below are offerings designed to meet different needs, from intimate elopements to full celebrations.

Complete Ceremony - $220 

Complete Sweet and Simple, mid-length ceremony (under 20 minutes). Perfect for both informal and formal venues.

*A customized, written ceremony.

*Ceremony Layout includes: (Optional) Processional, Welcoming, 1 Reading, Signage of Marriage License (Before, During or After), Exchange of Vows, Exchange of Rings, I Do’s, Pronouncement and Recessional.

*I will arrive at the location 30 minutes before the start time and be available for 45 minutes

*This package does not include an in-person meeting beforehand, but does require a Clarity Call to meet my due diligence. 

*Mailing of the marriage license (certified postage included)

*This option is for couples who want a uniquely customized ceremony experience. 

Full Length Ceremony - $270 

Full-length ceremony, ideal for formal venues with a planned timeline.

*Customized written ceremony. 

*Ceremony Layout includes: Processional, Welcoming, 2 Readings, Signage of Marriage License (Before, During or After), Exchange of Vows, Exchange of Rings, I Do's, Pronouncement and Recessional.

*I will arrive at the location 45 minutes before the start time and be available for 1 hour.

*This package does not include an in-person meeting beforehand, but does require a Clarity Call to meet my due diligence. 

*Mailing of the marriage license (certified postage included)

*This option is for couples who want a fuller ceremony experience. 

Full Length Ceremony with Rehearsal - $500

For couples who want extra ease and flow with a rehearsal in a formal setting.

*A customized, written ceremony.

*Ceremony Layout includes: Processional, Welcoming, 2 Readings, Signage of Marriage License (Before, During or After), Exchange of Vows, Exchange of Rings, I Do's, Pronouncement and Recessional.

*I will arrive at the location 45 minutes before the start time and be available for 1 hour.

*Attendance/Lead of the rehearsal to cover positions, walking pace, etc. Rehearsal time will be approx. 30 minutes.

*This package does require a Clarity Call to meet my due diligence. 

*Mailing of the marriage license (certified postage)

*This option is for couples who want a fuller ceremony experience with a rehearsal. 

Whether you’re dreaming of something short and sweet or a fully supported, elegant celebration — each package is created with care to honor your love story. 

Marriage License Requirements — York County, Pennsylvania Specifics

Application: Both members of the couple must e-file together and attend a video-conference appointment for identity verification.

Waiting Period: Must wait 3 days after the appointment before the license becomes valid.

Expiration: License expires 60 days after the waiting period.

Remember:

You can obtain the license in any Pennsylvania county, even if the ceremony is in another county.

Fees in York County are $70 plus processing fee.

Ceremony Requirements & License Handling

With an Officiant:

The officiant must ensure the couple presents a valid, unexpired marriage license before the ceremony.

After the ceremony, the officiant MUST:

Complete their portion of the license (often under “Minister” or your title).

Sign the original.

Return the duplicate to the Register of Wills (or Orphans’ Court office) within 10 days.

A legal marriage ceremony has only two required elements. The first is the Declaration of Intent, otherwise known as the "Do you take…" and "I do" exchange. The second is the Pronouncement, where the minister pronounces the couple as officially married.
